Light Up A Life, 2023

We look forward to welcoming you to The Friars, Aylesford Priory on Sunday 10 December 2023, at 4:30pm for our Light Up A Life a service of remembrance and reflection. If you are unable to join us, a recording of the service will be available to watch afterward on the Heart of Kent Hospice website hokh.org and social media channels.

We know so many of you attend this service in memory of your loved ones and we have created this special virtual wall where you can leave a message of remembrance to your loved one along with a picture.  We look forward to sharing your memories with you on the evening.

The best dad in the whole world, I miss you everyday and can’t believe this is the first Christmas without you. Thank you for all your love and support throughout my life, you raised me so well and I’m proud to call you my Dad. You’re a true inspiration. The song the choir are singing is one that I was singing to you in your final hours in the hospice. Love you always and forever.
